Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery is carried out to the door, using courier services UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can agree on additional information and delivery method with your sales representative.
In-Store Pickup
You can save on shipping by using free local pickup at 158 9th St, Brooklyn, NY 11215, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please have your order confirmation email with you.
International delivery is carried out after agreement with the sales representative.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are collected upon delivery to the destination country. FORTLUFT INC is not responsible for these fees if they apply, and you, as a customer, are responsible for them.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2 business days of receiving the delivery confirmation email, please get in touch with us at customer@fortluft.com with your name and order number, and we will review it.
