Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery is carried out to the door, using courier services UPS, USPS and FEDEX.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can agree on additional information and delivery method with your sales representative.
You can save shipping charges by using the free local pickup at 158 9th St Brooklyn, NY 11215, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

International delivery is carried out after agreement with your manager.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are collected after the package reaches the destination country. FORTLUFT Inc. is not responsible for these fees if they apply and you, as a customer, are responsible for them.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2 business days of receiving the delivery confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
