2011 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Tires
Introduced in 2004, the 612 Scaglietti was a 2+2 Grand Touring car, a departure from Ferrari’s usual roadsters. This all-aluminum exotic was powered by a 5.7L V12 engine for phenomenal performance that could reach almost 200 mph. Despite its power, the 612 Scagelietti was discontinued in 2011.
When it’s time to shop 2011 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti tires, remember that this make-model is designed for a staggered fitment with different size tires in front and rear. Rear tires could be 285-35ZR20 or 285-40ZR19, while front tires could be 245-35ZR20, 245-40ZR19 or 245-45ZR18. We’d recommend summer-ultra-high-performance tires like the Nitto NT555 G2, Bridgestone Potenza Sport or Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate. Just remember that summer-UHP tire get their cornering and braking grip from a softer, stickier tread formulation, but these tires will stiffen and lose traction in cold weather. Summer-UHP tires shouldn’t be used when temperatures are below 40-45 degrees F.
